Code related to our online database

The MMoTH team are using REDCap software to store experimental data relating to our mice.

Our specific database is hosted at the University of Kentucky by the Center for Clinical and Translational Sciences.

If you want to enter data into the database, or change anything to do with the database, you need to:

• register for a REDCap account by
  • becoming a member of the CCTS
  • requesting a REDCap account using the service request form
• email Ken and ask to be added to the REDCap MMoTH-mouse project.

If you only need to analyze data that others have entered into REDCap:

• follow the instructions in Pulling data to install
  • Curl
  • JSONlab
• then try the examples in Analyzing data
